Spawning[]
The Neo-Ratlantean is a boss mob that does not spawn normally and must be created by a player. This can be done by throwing a Vial of Consciousness at a Feral Ratlantean.
Combat[]
The Neo-Ratlantean flies very quickly on a blue disc and will maintain their distance from the player. As it flies, it will open portals around the player to blast them with projectiles. Being hit by the projectiles will give you the levitation, wither, and glowing effects. It can also summon lightning bolts to strike the player. If close/hit it will launch nearby blocks to the attacker. Be wary of your surroundings as these lightning bolts can also cause The Black Death to spawn.
